About the Author

Dr. Sasha Speer, DPT is a physical therapist and an artist. She has worked in various healthcare settings around the United States since 2008, treating hundreds of patients from 18 to 106 years old with diagnoses ranging from Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, pneumonia, back pain and more. She found that her love for the human body and her love of art created a more positive, uplifting, healing experience for her patients. She is bringing both gifts together with the Dr. Sasha brand to uplift, inspire, and heal.

She has created the Strong and Steady Fall Prevention Program to fill a desperate need for an effective, easy-to-follow program for those who have had a decrease in strength and overall mobility. She found many people who have just suffered a serious illness or injury to be lost, feeling powerless, and often hopeless. This program aims to provide simple, straightforward direction for those individuals and any others who have experienced a fall or are afraid of falling.

In her spare time, Dr. Sasha enjoys hiking, traveling the world, swimming, and photography. A native of Seattle, WA, she now resides in Los Angeles, CA.
