I recently purchased this study guide to help with upcoming finals, however the book is a complete mess. The only information is a few definitions of terms that do not apply to the subject matter and it looks like the generated then through quizlet or an online study guide. For example, concessions should be what people give up in a negotiation, but this book describes it as vendors at a sporting event. Also other terms such as interest and trust are banking definitions and the terms are repeated again throughout the other chapters it may happen to appear in (negotiation is defined in almost every chapter). There are only five study questions per chapter that were created using multiple choice alternatives that are not related to the subject and they want to pay additional money for more test questions. Everything in this is a mess and I can’t believe B and N are selling it. They cannot have read the book it was designed for. I’ll be taking it back when I am near the store this weekend, but I wanted to let you guys know to monitor other products the publisher may sale. I just never thought something could be so bad and did not include anything close to what was described in the listing. I am also upset that I paid additional for fast shipping (which arrived faster than expected, thank you).
