Janae's first year of college had been a bore... until she meets the epitome of masculinity, Mr. Greg Warner.
Greg is more than happy to display his seductive dominance, as he finds himself falling head over heels for the young, Nubian goddess.
Greg managed to tear himself away from the kiss, as breathless as he was, and stared into her eyes. Her pupils were dilated with passion as her breaths came sharp and fast. He growled, and lifted her into his arms to carry her across the living room to the sofa. He pushed her back onto it, and Janae fell onto the cushions as he knelt down between her legs. He pulled her hips toward him as he pushed up her t-shirt with an urgent passion. He bunched the material under her armpits and across her upper chest and he dove for her nipples.
His tongue lapped against one, then the other, his teeth nibbling between lick and sucks as Janae gasped and arched her back, pressing her nipples deeper into his mouth. One arm still wrapped around her waist, he used his other hand to tease the nipple his mouth was unable to lap at. He drew his nails across her delicate skin, raising neat, white lines which transformed to red welts. Her hands remained in his hair, pulling his mouth harder against her full breasts. His mouth began to move lower. He grabbed her hands and tucked them under her thighs; he still wanted to be in control, and would not allow her to touch just yet.

Now, don't get me wrong, I did enjoy this novella for what it was (after all, I rated it four stars) I just don't think I was the right audience for the book. I know I might be in the minority when it comes to men in that I do enjoy erotica more than visual porn, but this book was written with a female reader in mind. Obviously there are many, many erotic romance books out there with women as the large majority of their audience. However, those of which I have read have been thoroughly enjoyable. This one, not so much. I actually skimmed over the section where Greg is masturbating in his office--that's my thing. Pros: Written impeccably well. Very descriptive. Lighter BDSM (Though this could be a con, if you want something more hardcore?) Genuinely romantic storyline with well-developed characters. Intentionally humorous passages. I loved the funny cattiness between Janae and Hope. Cons: I may be biased, but it really did seem like the author did not write this to be written by both sexes. Slightly too short. Despite not being the audience, I would have liked to see how the relationship between Janae and Mr. Wagner developed in the future. Maybe there will be a sequel? All that having been said, the only thing really keeping this from being rated five stars is how biased it seems toward a female audience. That having been said, I do plan on checking out Noire's other books after seeing how well this was written.
I thought this was a good short book
