The book was nicely organized, good examples, clear and easy to use. It does a good job of explaining and diagraming how to develop any kind of program - not just leadership programs. I was expecting a lot from the CD and was sorely disappointed. The content duplicates what is in the book, except that it is not formatted in any way, shape or form. It will save you a little re-keying time, but that's about it.
