This book follows Sue as she struggles to put her life back together and heal after being rescued from Zeke. The sick and twisted Zeke. I couldn't get enough. That's why I was so disappointed in this book. Don't get me wrong, it is very well written, a good follow up, just now what I was expecting. I was expecting more Zeke. More terror. Maybe some background giving insight on who Zeke really was. Why is was the way he was.

So glad Sue overcame this horrible experience, learned to take care of and protect herself and FINALLY met someone who showed her how life could be with a normal, stable love. This was a very good sequel to Zeke, just as good as the first.

Great follow up to "Zeke". After the horror Sue went through in "Zeke", it was great to get a satisfying ending in this book. The book flowed just right for me. Well written. Loved Melvin, so sweet and kind. I really enjoyed this dark, disturbing series.

Frankly, I am very shocked that there are no reviews for this book!  It was a fantastic follow-up to Zeke.  I would definitely recommend it to anyone wondering what happened to Sue after her horrendous ordeal with Zeke.
