Summer In Russia describes a summer spent in Moscow and St. Petersburg as a student learning the Russian language, Russian Political History,customs, culture, and a few life lessons along the way. These poems relate an American college student's experiences over four months in a new land.

About the Author
Patrick Durham is a graduate of Clemson University where he studied the written word and honed his skills with the poet Ronald Moran, novelist Keith Lee Morris, and writer Jean Kuehnel. Writing short stories, poems, and songs are his loves. He is an avid reader and musician. His works include Summer in Russia, and he has been featured in the anthologies Whispers, Shouts, and Songs; Summer Shorts; Leaves of Change; Wrapped Up In Ribbon; Words of Fire and Ice; and Summer Shorts II. Patrick currently resides in Liberty, South Carolina, with his wife, April, their two children, Dharma and David, and their nutty dog, Koko.
