The title Summer Reign and The Rainwalker is representative for the writers themselves, and the subtitle, The Kadivian Room, is a name coined by the daughter and sister of the respective writers. This special retreat was the rear room on the upper level of the family’s row house in Philadelphia. It was a place that contained a multitude of known and unknown treasures. So it is, that this book houses and unveils a wealth of the fictitious, the apparent and, at times, the blatant sincerities we all have, but sometimes fail to acknowledge. Step into the multi-faceted perspective of two generations. The writers’ fresh, poetic voices reverberate throughout, leaving echoes of heart warming stories, flashbacks, and mere thoughts that will never be forgotten. You will, no doubt, be inspired by this compilation of beauty, truth, trying times, loss and love. Between smiles, laughter, and maybe even some tears, no matter what happens in life, the message is clear: one must keep on living, loving, laughing, and chasing dreams to find the pot of gold at the rainbow’s end.
