About the Author

Jacqueline has been writing and drawing stories since she was 8 years old. She has a BFA from the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul, MN. Though she was born in Wisconsin, she grew up in Sarasota, FL, where she currently lives with her family. Her series of seasonal books share early childhood memories of the seasons with her siblings. Summertime is Here is her 3rd seasonal book from this series. With a reading level of K-1, and interest level of 2-8, this series shares the aspects of all the seasons through simple poetry and rich colored pastel styled illustrations.
