This is a rare and outstanding book. In this book the author masterfully extrapolated Sun Tzu's teachings for personal development and success in a language everybody could understand. It is thus a must reading for someone who seeks win-win solutions.

The book is filled with contradictions and unsound, ungrounded statements. 'The Hawthone Effect' was discredited in 1974,and the author uses sources not listed in the bibliography He doesn't agree with the four leading traslations of Sun Tzu. This is just an ad for his consulting services. Misuses Rogers,'Active Listening', and never gives credit. Hasn't a clue what Tao is and thinks Pathos is moral clarity. The author takes cheap shots at other authors (James Clavell) and he knows little about Spanish history. Just read Sun Tzu.
