About the Author
Gina Guddat is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Teen Counselor. As the mother of three busy daughters, she has found that Grab and Go Breakfasts and Super Easy Smoothies are practical ways to ensure her family eats nutritiously. The idea of this cookbook came after touring the country with the Fit Girl Conference and meeting thousands of teenagers that struggled with diets and food choices every day. She hopes that this compilation of recipes put together by her friend and colleague Kindy Peaslee, R.D. help teenagers and moms prepare tasty meals that are quick and convenient.
