This is exactly the book I was looking for. It has a plethora of creative ideas, food combinations, and nut, seed, and protein-boosting additions that taste great and really amp-up the nutritional value. But mostly I was looking at variety and interesting combinations. Julie Morris brings it. The one thing I would ask her to add is at least approximate caloric, glycemic, and nutritional information. The reader can always look it up, but it would be great to have it already there as a quick reference.

I usually create my own smoothie combinations according to what I have, what I like, and what combinations I think go well together. This book is filled with interesting and unusual combinations that I haven't thought about putting together. I read it through once and now I refer to it by checking with the index to make a smoothie with an ingredient I want to use. The beginning of the book gives interesting information about the ingredients used. Worth having.

I love this book. Great recipes and I love how each ingredient is explained as to how it is beneficial to your health. They are very yummy and I feel great after eating them.

THIS BOOK IS FULL OF GOOD IDEAS FOR USING THE NEW SUPER FOODS IN YOUR SMOOTHIES. THE PCITURES ARE VERY NICE & SO FAR EVERYTHING WE'VE TRIED HAS BEEN GREAT. LOTS OF GOOD INFO, TOO, TELLING HOW THE SUPERFOODS WORK & WHY WE SHOULD EAT THEM.

Love this book! I bought this book after getting a high power blender. The recipes are delicious, I haven't tried all of them yet but there is a wide variety and I like that she gives the health benefits of each one. It helps if you have access to a health food store to get some of the ingredients.
