I'm 25, about to move out of my parents' house and I've never made a soup before. Needless to say I need all the help I can get! Fortunately, this book starts from the ground up, it's got everything a complete novice like me needs, plus recipes for the experienced. I've got a couple of health issues and one minor dietary restriction, but fortunately soups allow workarounds, and with all these healthy foods I can't help but feel like I can do no wrong! It's even got a little graphic in the beginning teaching you how to "build" your soup. This is the only book I'll need for a while...I want to work my way through the recipes!
