Daniel Pinkwater is already hilarious, so just imagine him talking about puppies giving him a hard time. His methods can be a little harsh (he's not averse to saying no or yelling "Bad Dog"), but he helped us get through house training. His trick -- act like your dog won the Nobel Prize every time he pees outside. It worked.
I read this book several years ago and I continue to read books about how to care for your dogs. Yet no book has surpassed this one. The title explains it all. This is the best book to learn from when it comes to understanding and teaching your dog.
