This was an AMAZING book! I've never surfed a day in my life, but have always wanted to learn. I figured I'd read up on it so I had some clue as to what I was going to be getting myself into. Must've been fate because this was the first surf book (of now 5 I have on the topic) I picked up. Any fear I may have had of the sport, this book helped calm them... & let me just say, I'm going to Florida for my first surf lesson in 3 weeks! I can't WAIT! =D

I've never been surfing in my life, as I live in land-locked Minnesota, but have been dying to for years! So even if I won't be able to surf until if and when i convince my parents to take me to Hawaii or California, I figured this would be a good place to start. Looks really good!!
