I have read Wanda Lea Brayton's work for several years now. She has no peers. Surely one of history's most prolific poets, this woman ranks with the finest poets in any era. Having read hundreds of her poems to date, I have yet to see even one letter out place. Phenomenal!

I have the honor of knowing this author personally, and her poetry is as graceful as she is lovely. Her style is lofty in longing, earthy in its reality and soothing in its ability to focus on what is good and right in the world. This writing is a must for the poet, or anyone for that mater that longs to reach for that place that brings a sigh to the heart. 'Swanee Sighs' is a five star winner.

I enjoyed all your writes in 'swanee sighs' especially the spontaneous flow and simple language used to convey powerful emotions delicately~~~~ choice of titles for all the writes was also good~~~~ 'away in the arms of alliteration'- enchantingly impressive~~~~ 'disciples by design' and 'baptized in embers' - truely awesome~~~~ 'biding time' and 'lavender skies' - vivid self expression more like the summary of the book... as of swift oscillation between nostalgia and dreams~~~~ the book was a gentle caress to the soul, infecting the readers with mystified sighs and also instigating the inquisitiveness to unravel the strong grasp of nostalgia
