About the Author

Kristen Farrell is a mother, runner, animal lover, and writer. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, daughter, and coonhound. Sweet Sounds of the Night is her first children's book.

At a young age, Stefanie Geyer attended drawing classes with her mother. This lead to a career in art illustration as she pursued her education at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. Stefanie now lives in Winamac, Indiana with her boyfriend, four dogs, and two cats, where she continues to illustrate children's books.
