"Cook in Israel has earned a permanent spot in my kitchen." ~ This American Bite
This cookbook, presenting 34 original recipes, focuses on fresh flavors and simple techniques that are as suitable for weeknight meals as they are for entertaining. This is a short recipe book that I was not too sure I would find anything I liked. Boy was I surprised! The salmon recipe will be the first dish I will try and there is a very easy chocolate cake recipe someone in the house will appreciate. Give this book a try
