Conjuror's Light by Campos was worth the price of the book!! Excellent compilation of first-timers and professional authors.

In general, I enjoyed the book. Since it is an anthology of many different authors, there were stories that appealed to me more than others. I particularly liked Carrie Vaughn's 'Haunting of Princess Elizabeth.' It's nice to know that the series will continue even though we have lost Marion.

Marion Zimmer Bradley is no longer with us, but she has left readers and fans with a wonderful series of stories. There are no disappointments in this collection of stories of strong warrior women and clever sorceresses. Too bad there will only be three more. One hopes the publishers will consider keeping the series going with an editor who knows what Marion liked and would purchase for future collections.
