The breathing, the relaxation, the harmony, the exercise, the philosophy, the self-defense, the health and healing created in ancient China allcome together in this book as a means to benefit you today.

This is a must read for everyone, from the complete novice to the experienced in Tai Chi."

If you are into martial arts in the true sense, read this. If you are not into martial arts, read this. A well writted book about life, spirituality, teaching and tai chi. You cannot fail to gain something from this.

I have read other tai chi books, but this one is by far the best. Not only does this book give timely information on the hows and whys of tai chi, it is delivered in an easy to follow language that is sometimes quite humorous. Mr. Robinson did a great job on inspiring all to learn tai chi.......Lacey M.

I've never read this book, but judging on the reviews I might try it. My brother and I have wanted to learn about tai chi for a long time so this might be our chance. I am 9 and brother's 6.

This book is full of folksy anecdotes and very little real information about tai chi. It is only 129 pages long, full of filler, has few photographs (which are placed where they are least useful) and basically has less content than the Wikipedia article on tai chi.
