About the Author

Master John Lyle has a 5th degree Black Belt in traditional Korean martial arts, is the Vice President of Professional Karate Schools of America, and the founder of the Smart Kid Series program.

After a very abusive childhood, Master Lyle turned to martial arts at the age of 17. Today, with 37 years of experience practicing karate, he is making a difference in the lives of children everywhere by sharing his story of being bullied and how he was able to stand up against it.
