About the Author

J. Fulton was born in Southern New Hampshire in the latter part of the fifties to a Maine Legendary family. His father was a future police officer and mother went to work for the United States Government.
Early in life, his family moved to Southern Maine with strong family ties to their heritage in Down East Maine. J. Fulton is a descendant of the settlers of York Village and Jonesport-Beals Island.
Shortly after moving, his father did become a police officer, and J. Fulton was raised in a humble Law Enforcement home.
Graduating High School in the mid-seventies, he himself followed a Law Enforcement career.
J. Fulton married several years after high school. He and his wife raised two children in the same fashion as he was, with family values.
Thirty-Five years later, with retirement looming in the foreground, J. Fulton has become an accomplished Photographer with a Studio in Southern Maine, and has turned his hand to writing.
Creating the character, Caroline Rose, J. Fulton has led her through murder and deceit, adding a cast of support characters to help her along her way.
