Logan Trahan is one of the French Quarter’s hottest bartenders. A sexy southern boy whose needs are simple: make a living running his family bar, make sure everyone who walks through the doors has a great time—especially the single female tourists—and not take anything too seriously.
And then Dana Doucet catches his attention.
Dana is a widowed mom of two who’s doing it all. And doing it well, thank you very much. But even a super-mom isn’t fully immune to sexy, persistent southern charm. So yeah, one night she finally gave in to Logan’s naughty flirtations after—ironically—nine months.
And now, they’re stuck with each other forever. Or at least for the next eighteen years,
eight months, and one week.
But no problem. She can definitely deal with another child. That’s easy compared to handling the gorgeous New Orleans playboy who is suddenly all in on the idea of fatherhood and family.

Taking It Easy has a lot of on-page sex, dirty talk, and cussing. If those things bother you, this is definitely not the book for you. This story was really, really cute. It starts off with a bang, and it never really slows down after that, making it the kind of book you don't want to put down because you *need* to know what's going to happen. I adored the way that Logan charmed all of the Doucet girls, and how he fell in love with them just as they were, he didn't try to change them. Watching Logan adapt to having to deal with the challenges of three females was hilarious and endearing. (Trying not to spoil anything) Although I wasn't crazy about the entire last name thing, I thought the grand gesture was absolutely adorable and made me sigh happily. I also loved the epilogue so much – it added so much beauty to this already sweet (and sexy) story! Once again, the side-characters added so much to this story without overwhelming or over-taking the core of the story. The support group parents are so awesome, and Logan & Gabe's friends were also great. I cannot wait to get to know all of them more!
Cajun man candy alert!! Gird your loins ladies because this stud just turned to mush when he heard he was going to be a Daddy! You thought his sexy drawl and bedroom eyes were an irresistible temptation? Wait until you see him plan classroom parties and do little girl's hair! Melting!! With the second book in her Boys of the Big Easy series, Erin Nicholas brings us the second Trahan brother's story ... and it's smokin'! I was hooked from the first line, and the fast paced humorously adorable read kept me devouring page after page throughout! You seriously don't want to miss this series. It's been great so far and I'm impatiently awaiting more! It's been two years since Dana Doucet's husband didn't make it home from the Army, and she managed to fight the temptation of the sexy bartender flirting with her every chance he got for nine months before she gave in to one wicked night of passion that she will never be able to forget ... literally considering he knocked her up! Sex on a stick cajun Logan Trahan loves his life. He runs a bar with his brother in New Orleans, he enjoys lovin' the ladies, and he has a great support system of family and friends. He couldn't resist wooing sexy single mom Dana and when he hears she's pregnant, he doesn't have a moment of hesitation before he is thrilled. He can't wait to be a family with her, but she's not so sure he's a settling down man. She's willing to put him to the test though ... the test of her two young daughters!
From the first line of this story I was hooked. Logan Trahan was absolutely delicious. He was so easy to love. I really want him in my life. Dana sure was one lucky gal. Taking It Easy was so much fun to read and totally heart melting. Reading about a sexy hot guy taking care of two little girls? My heart just melted. The chemistry between Dana and Logan was sizzling hot too. I loved that Logan tried to hold the sexiness at bay so that he could get to know Dana better. It was so cute. Reading about how their relationship developed was really nice. I really love this world that Erin Nicholas has created. All of the characters in this book were all very wonderful. Interactions between all of them were so fun that I caught myself smiling and laughing out loud at times. Overall a very entertaining and lovely story. I can't wait to read more of this series.
