A Tale of Two Demon Slayers (Accidental Demon Slayer Series #3) by Angie Fox

New York Times bestselling series!

Last month, I was a single preschool teacher whose greatest thrill consisted of color-coding my lesson plans. That was before I learned I was a slayer. Now, it's up to me to face curse-hurling imps, vengeful demons, and any other supernatural uglies that crop up. And to top it off, a hunk of a shape-shifting griffin has invited me to Greece to meet his family.

But it's not all sun, sand, and ouzo. Someone has created a dark-magic version of me with my powers and my knowledge--and it wants to kill me and everyone I know. Of course, this evil twin doesn't have Grandma's gang of biker witches, a talking Jack Russell terrier, or an eccentric necromancer on its side. In the ultimate showdown for survival, may the best demon slayer win.

I am a huge fan of Angie Fox. And Pirate:) I loved the first 2 books on this series. But this one--is the best so far. I have no idea what changed--but she has improved immensely. It's hard to imagine that because her other 2 book were so good! But this one--was full of everything! Drama, adventure, comedy. It has it all! And the newest character "Flappy" is amazing! I laughed, I cried and I could not put this book down. I cannot wait to see what happens next for Lizzie and Pirate. Her books are always so vivid that a reader can feel like they are right there watching the whole entire story take place. I love that about her writing!! I am never disappointed with her books. And I share them with my friends and family. I recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal mystery romance adventure comedy and pets:) Amazing things can happen when you read books. ANd amazing things just keep happening for Lizzie and Pirate:)

This author has a fun writing style. You know it's not reality, but it's a fun ride all along the way. In this day when everyone is reading vampire and witch books, this is an out of the norm book even for paranormal readers. It's a fun trip to escape to.

I have read each of the books in this series and am always taken the quality of the writing and the light-hearted all-out fun of the stories. I am always excited to pick up the next Demon Slayer book.

She may have been The Accidental Demon Slayer, but in spite of her lack of experience, Lizzie Brown proved that a preschool teacher can kick butt. However, she also knows she needs training if she is to continue to battle demons. Thankfully, her biker grandma and the coven agree to teach Lizzie all she needs to know about demons and other supernatural species in Greece where Lizzie's griffin lover Dimitri lives. Dimitri owes Lizzie for breaking the curse that would have killed his sisters (see the Dangerous Book for Demon Slayers). Whereas his grateful siblings welcome the American, his former fiancé Amara, hates her. However, her biggest problems are her dog has bonded with a dragon (try bringing that through Customs) and someone stole a piece of her magic, which means they might be able to manipulate her at a time when evil is spreading and except for Grandma and the gang Lizzie has lost confidence. The latest dizzy Lizzie's urban fantasy thriller combines humor with supernatural suspense in an enjoyable tale. The story line is faster than grandma can ride her Harley and never decelerates even for a kiss. Sub-genre fan will enjoy Lizzie's Greek vacation as she confronts the most dangerous enemy of all, another Lizzie. Harriet Klausner

As an Angie Fox Demon Slayer book, I expected to love it... and I was right. Of course any book with a preschool teacher turned demon hunter with a biker witch grandma, talking dog and evil "twin" is going to be wild! Break out your ouzo and prepare for your read, you will not want to put this book down.

You'll love this book. She gets into one scrape after another, whether it's hanging out with granny's biker friends or fighting nasties. You never know what she's going to get herself into next.

As happened with the previous books, this one is another hit! Lizzie, Dimitri and Pirate are the kind of characters that got under my skin and become unforgettable. Full of a hilarious sense of humor, it's a pleasure to read Lizzie's adventures. Lizzie is travelling to Greece with Dimitri, to know his country and family, when he reveals the magic he used to find Lizzie (in the first book) is now missing, with awful repercussions to Lizzie. They'll have to find it before something bad happens and will discover a terrible enemy, that shock Dimitri and his sisters lives forever... As usual, in the end happens a battle and this had me crying for long... On the more bright side, Pirate and Flappy! oh these two are precious! :)
