Catherine M. Cassidy is Editor-in-Chief of Taste of Home. She is responsible for driving editorial direction and product strategy across the brand’s media platforms. She also is responsible for editorial direction for the magazines Simple & Delicious and Healthy Cooking and Enthusiast Brands Birds and Blooms, Country, Country Woman, Farm and Ranch Living, and Reminisce.

If you really want this book go buy the hard copy. Do not waste your money on the Nook version. It locks up constantly, circles back through a finite set of pages, and searches are frustrating and time consuming. I'm sorry I wasted my money on the Nook period!

A Must-have in Any Kitchen Taste of Home’s Best Loved Recipes is quite the cookbook! I received this cookbook for Christmas and after making several of the recipes I can’t say enough good things about it! With 1,485 recipes from their magazines for the past 20 years, you will find recipes for everyone to enjoy.  There are 26 chapters that make it easy to find exactly what you are looking for, making this huge cookbook not overwhelming.  From appetizers to drinks to main courses to desserts, you will find recipes that are not just easy and delicious but also impressive for those fancy dinner parties.  All the recipes are simple to understand and only have up to four steps to complete them.  Throughout the book, there are pictures of beautifully prepared food that is easy for you to replicate.  I highly recommend this cookbook for cooks of all varying degrees of skill.

I confess I am a cookbook junkie! This cookbook has a ton of recipes. I have tried several and they have all come out great. Each recipe is easy to understand with tips, most with photos of the dishes. The recipes do not have weird or hard to find ingredients This may soon be on my “to be purchased in hard copy” list. This is a great resource to your home kitchen.

I received this cookbook as a gift, but it was so large I ordered the E-book copy. However, the pages were distorted and I had to call "the Book" to reboot the copy to my Nook. Now, I enjoy it without a problem because it is so convenient to use. I look forward to making more of their easy recipes especially, "The Peanut Butter Christmas Mice". MDK75
