About the Author
Lynette Kent (Huntington Beach, CA) studied art and French at Stanford University. After completing her master’s degree, she taught at both the high school and community college level. A fervent Mac user since 1987 and unconventional computer person, she now teaches and writes books and magazine articles on digital imaging and photography, and often presents computer graphics hardware and software at trade shows. She enjoys photography as well as painting with traditional watercolors, and often combines both arts using the computer. Her books include Teach Yourself VISUALLY Mac OS X Leopard, Adobe Photoshop CS3: Top 100 Simplified Tips & Tricks, and Teach Yourself VISUALLY Digital Photography, 3rd Edition.
