Teach Yourself Yoga was first released in Australia in 1997 and became an immediate bestseller. It started many people on their own yoga paths, and still has pride of place on many a practitioner’s bookshelf.
Out of print for 15 years, this new release is a re-creation of the original book, with a few changes to reflect the ways some poses are currently taught. This accessible guide explains the background and benefits of yoga practice, as well as how to do the poses. A bonus is the detailed and illustrated 12-week program that offers a simple way to weave yoga into your daily life.
If you care about health and well-being, this new edition of Teach Yourself Yoga is sure to deliver on its original promise of inspiring you to do yoga.
