Shireal E. Martin is the Chief Executive Office and founder of Succeeding at Work a nonprofit organization located in Dallas, Texas. Established in 2003, the primary focus of the organization is to foster ethical, social, and professional development, for the purpose of training, educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to excel in the work place. The organization services over 600 individuals a year with employment training.
Mrs. Martin has 14 years of experience working in Corporate America, leading and managing staff, and 15 years of experience training and developing individuals. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University. She is a wife and mother of three.
