Teeny's recommendations for basic pie-making tools are so REAL. My pie-making techniques, learned from previous generations are so validated! The recipes and accompanying narrative are easily understood and accommodating. You can go 100% with her way, or simply incorporate some of her ideas along with your tried and true methodologies.
