This course has helped many thousands of 97 pound weaklings become mighty men for over 80 years. This course has always worked very well for me. I love it. It is simple and you can do it anywhere, anytime without equipment. Who needs a gym? Whether you`re at home, the office or traveling you will be able to develop your muscles and stay in great shape once you learn the techniques and follow the advice of Charles Atlas "The Hercules Of His Time". I even introduced this course to a skinny friend at work and after 3 weeks I was amazed how much bigger his muscles were. Hey, you can`t argue with results and Charles Atlas himself certainly was no slouch. He was twice named "The Most Perfectly Developed Man In The World". Even if you have old injuries and cannot handle free weights anymore this course will be like an answer to prayer for you. You don`t have to give up on your dream of a great body, health and strength. You build muscle and strength with both bodyweight and dynamic tension exercises. It will help you build a great body and you will not miss the free weights or the gym once you get into this amazing and simple bodybuilding/fitness course. Even a person in a wheel chair can do many of the exercises in this course and improve their strength and health.
