Ray Hays, Ph.D., J.D., is a member of the faculty of the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Baylor College of Medicine, where he is Chief of the Psychology Service at Ben Taub General Hospital. Emily G. Sutter, Ph.D., received her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin and interned at Baylor College of Medicine. She is Professor Emeritus at the University of Houston-Clear Lake where she coordinates the school psychology internships. Robert H. McPherson, Ph.D., is Executive Associate Dear for the College of Education at the University of Houston, former Chair of the Department of Educational Psychology and former Director of Training for the counseling psychology program
