Why does the lure of anonymity have me craving to indulge a stranger?

I received a slew of text messages...when everything in my life was wrong.
And she made me laugh again.
Her: You're probably a creeper.
Her: Possibly a stalker.
Why do I have the overwhelming need to find this stranger who saved me and make her mine?

Him: Take a chance with me.
Her: This is crazy.
Him: I need to see you.
Her: What are we doing?
Him: We're about to find out.

You can tell that authors K. Webster and J.D Hollyfield had a lot of fun writing this book because it translated flawlessly into the story. Hilarious plot and colorful characters made this book one hell of a great time, I loved it!

This book... OMG I freakin LOVED IT. I can't remember the last time I read a true romantic comedy, but this book is definitely IT! K Webster and JD Hollyfield need to write more books together because this one is just too amazing for words!

Wildly entertaining with just a touch of deep feels! I dare you to read this book and not laugh. Go ahead. Try it. It’s not even possible. I think my face hurt from smiling so much. I can’t even imagine how these authors came up with the witty and outrageously funny material. I am familiar with K. Webster. I’m a huge fan so naturally when I saw this title coming, I added it to my TBR. I hadn’t read anything by J.D. Hollyfield, but after just one book I’d venture to say that this writing duo is pure romantic comedy gold! And after reading this book, Hate 2 Lovers is going to be a MUST READ! At the time of typing this review, I have already finished that book too and you definitely need to read this one first. Andie and Roman are a major and entertaining sideshow in Dani and Ram’s story.

I was in a bit of a reading slump and this book did it for me. It starts off right in the story. No build up no walk through the park...just BAM there you are. Dani is shy and nervous and a good girl. Her best friend Andie...is not. Together they are hilarious and watching Dani try to come out of her shell to meet Andie's way is cute but not happening. Until Ram. Hot damn Ram.... Sidebar.....I just had a text convo with a guy I met on line and it was in no way as hot as this. This gives me hope LOL - maybe false hope but hope none the less LOL After Dani is gutted and Andie helps her get angry, she texts the wrong person....or maybe its the right person. Ram makes her feel secure and comfortable, funny how a stranger can do that. Dani starts to open up and be more like the girl she wants to be. As they get closer and they continue to learn more about each other and fall for each other something happens that challenges them all. The way they get through it is brilliant and funny. It leaves you cheering and laughing. Ending is terrific but hold your shins cause its a cliffy....kind of ;) I love these authors as people they are truly awesome but as authors they are funny, smart, witty and they write stories you can get into and get lost in. Together they made me forget real life for a little while and gave me hope. A sweet, easy, funny read that will leave you giggling, swooning and warm all over.

I loved this book, it was super fun and super crazy. It started with texting a wrong number, Dani decided to grow a backbone and stick up for herself, but what happens when the wrong number replies and the banter back and forth leads to more? Thinking Ram was her douche of an ex Dani is obviously weary, but Ram more than proves he's a better man. The more they text the more they want to meet and when they do, the sparks fly. They soon start a relationship and with that comes more fun, but also serious dramas too, so can they make their real relationship last. I like how it wasn't too serious, but had the drama too and the secondary characters ensured more laughs and I cant wait for the next book from these two authors.

Favorite Quotes: You’re smiling. Like someone just complimented your troll collection. ‘Let’s just pretend this never happened. Mmmkay? This is the wine calling. Don’t worry about calling her back.’… And I hang up because I’m not sure I could fit any more awkwardness into one phone call. Andie is like a cactus. You just have to get past the prickly spurs to find her sweet center. My Review: Text 2 Lovers was a highly amusing and naughty fun time. The writing was engaging, snappy, entertaining, extremely steamy, and laced with invectives, expletives, and bawdy humor. Several characters took dirty talking to a whole new level with their comically filthy banter and wickedly funny and clever swapping of insults. The main characters were immediately endearing, sweet, sexy, and just adorable together. I cherished the scenes depicting their date of “favorites,” as it was such a precious and ingenious idea. The secondary characters were comically volatile yet still likable and I am looking forward to more of their story in future installments.

What a fun read! Dani and Ram were so easy to fall in love with! Dani is a girl who everyone takes for granted. When her ex boyfriend not only dumps her for another woman, but "borrows" some money from her to buy the girl an engagement ring, she has decided not to be a doormat anymore. While out drinking with her friend Andie, she texts her ex only to realize after several texts, that it wasn't her ex she was texting at all! Ram was taken with the sassy girl texting him. As they get to know each other through texting, they fall for each other before even meeting. When they do finally meet, sparks fly! Dani and Ram were fun characters. Ram's brother Roman and Dani's friend Andie played a big part in the story and they stole the show on more than one occasion. The writing was witty and funny and the story was a good story. I can't wait for Andie and Roman's story!

This was my first experience with J.D. Hollyfield as an author and I was excited to see a somewhat lighter side of K. Webster. I was not disappointed at all. Text 2 Lovers is one of the best books I've read in a long time. The characters are witty, personable, impossible and everything in between. You'll laugh, cry and want to throw your reading device or book across the room. What it all boils down to is an unbelievable ride all resulting from a wrong number. A wrong number that couldn't have been more right. I'm not one for spoiler reviews. I like keeping the mystery alive for the readers. Text 2 Lovers is a book that you will devour and instantly want more of. The authors hit this one out of the park. Now the real mystery during this book is who wrote which character. I will say that I was wrong on two of them.
