The moment Sollie Miller dares to believe she's conquered her demons, the dreams begin. Shattering her fragile security, the mysterious visions force Sollie to confront an old foe, one she can neither conquer nor escape. Surrender is her only hope, though Sollie would rather die than surrender. The visions eventually lure Sollie to the mountain valleys east of Albuquerque. There she meets the enigmatic Rose Ellyat, a profoundly spiritual woman, whose passion for God resulted in a life devoted to prayer and healing. When Rose tells Sollie that God is calling her to such a life as well, Sollie begins to self-destruct. Her anger, bitterness and rage will cost Sollie her livelihood, her home and her daughter. It may also cost Sollie her life.
