The 17 day diet worked for me... lost 12 lbs in the first week. However losing 98lbs in 17 days according to the earlier post is very unrealistic. You have to be committed to the diet plan. Exercise helps even more. If you are a very picky eater then the first cycle will be hard for you. However it is worth it.
