CONTEXT
In most parts of the world that I travel to, the path to abundance is considered an uphill one. Abundance is considered to involve a good amount of sweat and a lifetime of hard labor. Some also carry the belief that when they gain abundance, someone else loses.
Hence the concept that abundance is actually achieved through refining our ‘being’ and aligning ourselves with the Universe goes counter to the above beliefs. That is why it is essential that we remind ourselves of the seven laws laid out in this book. They are meant to give faith in trusting the Universe and aligning ourselves with It.
The seven spiritual laws of abundance are laws practiced by the Indian Rishis for thousands of years. In India, a text called the Artha Shasthra from Chanakya explains how abundance works. The Vedas offer the science of how the Universe responds with abundance to human actions.
We are living in interesting times where existing ways of pursuing abundance are clearly not working for most of us. For most, their material life does not reflect the same inner abundance that they experience.
