I found this book to have a lot of great information. it was also very inspiring. HOWEVER, I personally found it very difficult to conform to the 14-day "liver-cleansing" diet, especially since I did not lose anything during that period. I got very tired of fresh veggies, even though I love them

This book has such good information in it. I felt I was back in school again, learning about the body. I even took notes. I liked that it treats obesity as a result of a bigger problem, that needs fixing, before we can lose weight. I am looking forward to feeling healthier, more energetic and hopefully looking thinner!

Dr Recommended. Very helpful in understanding what is happening to your body. Great info. Also have in hardback. Got the e-book so I can carry it with me to refer back to.

For years people have been told to lose weight to be healthy.  The truth is, you need to get healthy to lose weight.  And this book will show you HOW! I work in a bookstore and every day when I go to work I look around and feel so blessed to have so much good surrounding me! How blessed we are to have so many good books! How blessed we are to have so many authors share their knowledge and creativeness with us! This is truly one of those books! AMAZING information!
