The Achilles Children

The Achilles Children

by Anna P. Feld

She was living a normal life, enjoying her undergraduate college years at Arizona State University. Her biggest concern was getting ready for her next piano recital. Yet, Esther Devar continued to have disturbing memories from her childhood.

When a mysterious young man appears on the scene, Esther's world begins to get a lot more complicated. There is a conspiracy brewing, with widespread medical and military implications, and she is the target. Before she has a chance to connect any of the dots, she finds herself surrounded by stories of strange scientific experiments, family secrets revealed, and covert organizations willing to resort to any means, including lethal force, to achieve their goals.

Amidst the chaos, Esther hopes that she can get on the road to romance and self-discovery—if she can stay alive long enough to reach her destination.
