Daisy, a happy little water droplet, is excited about the adventures she will have on her way to the sea. When she falls to Earth on top of Mr. Evergreen, she is saddened by the effects of pollution on his limbs. Mr. Evergreen tells her about a hailstone, named the Green Yuggle, who is contaminating the world. Unbeknownst to Daisy, the Yuggle is plotting to poison her and force her to lead his armies. Daisy, determined to stop him, tries to rally other water droplets, but they mock her, "You're too small to make a difference. What can you do about pollution?" But, Daisy perseveres. She believes, "Everyone counts!" Will Daisy Droplet outsmart the Green Yuggle and stop him?
