Overview

James Richardson, a brilliant young CPA, was the youngest student to receive a doctorate degree in business ethics from Georgetown University. He also received a bachelor of arts degree in law. Through a close friend, and after hearing a speech by a CEO from a very successful corporation, he became interested in the Public Party. He embraced its principles and doctrines. He was sought after by several corporations because of his PhD in business ethics. The government asked US senator Smut, as well as three congressmen, to develop a new department for the purpose of investigating corporate tax evasion. Senator Smut, the committee leader, along with the congressmen, were responsible for the organization and its development and in finding a director to head up this department, which would work with but not under the jurisdiction of the FBI. Senator Smut, along with the congressmen, asked James to be its director. Meeting with Senator Smut on several occasions, James noticed a very attractive young lady, his secretary. He become extremely interested in her and, after a short courtship, married her. His wife, Donna, became active in this new department, which James named the Agency. He tried to keep it very low-key and secretive because within a short time, corporations being investigated wanted to kill the agents exposing them. Several corporations created a contract to kill both him and his wife. The Agency built up a vast amount of information on not only companies trying to avoid paying taxes but on government officials cheating or not reporting entire incomes as well. In this information gathering, he and his wife discovered that many senators and congressman were not only cheating on taxes but also cheating on their wives. His friend Jeff Osgood, the president’s chief of staff, was killed by an unknown assailant, and his oldest daughter was also kidnapped. Through the process of recovering his daughter, James and Donna, his wife, discovered a worldwide conspiracy.
