"Awesome. Interesting world! This would make an amazing TV show or movie!" Carole Rae
"The Elementals have some of the coolest magic I've seen in a book. This is right up there in the awesome category along with Red Queen and Shatter Me." Polished Page Turners
"I love that this story is written in present tense. It keeps the action feeling really urgent and immediate. The story definitely has the feel of a FPS video game with strong military themes and magic." The Story Sanctuary
A conspiracy mounts against you, Jason. Embrace the Elements now.
When The All Powerful conquers Telethros, you will lose all you value.
The newest sniper rifle prototype is stolen from Alya's top-secret facility, and the evidence all points to one young man.
Master Sergeant Jason Wyton seems superhuman: handsome, well-fit, decorated with some of Alya's highest honors, and 12 separate deployments, all at the age of 23. But those attributes are thanks to a deep, dark power that robs him of both sleep and sanity, and he is too valuable to Commander Krash to retire so early.
His name associated with treason, Jason is forced into a world full of Elemental users, equipped with only a team of flunkies not ready for the upcoming fight. Together, they must master the power of their Elements while following leads about a super weapon, hidden deep within Earth's past.
Not far behind, a dark mercenary hunts for Jason, and will not stop until Jason is reacquired and his party killed.
About the Author
Enthralled with video games and puzzles at a young age, he also began to create complex mazes, both illustrated like his stories and done on the computer. He used many tactics to challenge people, such as creating multiple entrances/exits, requiring keys to open new paths, and fetching bombs to blow through one inner wall of the user's choice. Despite any of these rules, there was always only one possible way through the maze.
JK waned from storytelling around middle school, focusing more on life. His one remaining avenue for storytelling came from roleplaying, spending many hours hammering out ideas with his closest friends.
His college days were focused on programming until 2011 when he was challenged to create a story to give his newest game idea some context. Reluctantly, he agreed, aiming only to write just enough for the game to be playable. Several small chapters passed and he reached his goal, but he continued anyway, writing more and more until his story was book-sized. Novel-sized. During his first rendition of The All Powerful, JK Brown turned his studies to English and creative writing, taking three hard years to learn the craft before finishing his work on September 16, 2014.
