About the Author

Rev. M. L. “Joshua” Rosenblad was born into a Pagan Family, who encouraged him to explore the many belief systems in the world. Raised in an Earth-Based, Family Tradition, he learned and lived the path that he would ultimately follow. Joshua did learn about many beliefs, by visiting the different Churches, talking with members and leaders and allowing himself to learn from these experiences. As his understanding grew, so did his desire to learn more. He began studying Religious Philosophy and ultimately earned an advanced degree in the subject. In his education, he found the many similarities of all the belief systems and questioned the “one true religion” concept and felt that it was important to create an environment that allowed people to share their beliefs so that the chasm between beliefs could be bridged. His thoughts gave birth to the Gaianist Free Church, which was developed over about a ten year span. He has authored five books and several articles over the past few years and is currently working on three more books to be published in 2015-16. He, along with his Wife; Chris and his Brother in Spirit; Peter, founded the Gaianist Free Church in 2011. A Church based not only on his Families beliefs and practices; but one that accepts all belief systems. He has always believed that; "It is not what you believe, but rather, that you believe that really matters". The American Spiritual Alliance is the educational arm of the Church. It provides a broad spectrum of classes which all ground to the central beliefs of the World’s Religions. They provide a very in depth, four year Clergy program that teaches strong interfaith values as well as an Earth Stewardship philosophy. The Clergy program is a four year course of study which allows the successful student to be prepared for group and Church management and community involvement.
