I thought the book was VERY GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL!!! I think it did a great job of explaining, and it has recipes and ideas in there that were very worthwhile. I have lost over 10 lbs. so far, and it came off within the first 2 weeks for the most part. I am learning what works and what doesn't for me. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in really losing weight, and learning to keep it off. I have tried Weight Watchers in the past, and it took me forever to lose less than 5 lbs. - I really think counting the carbs was the answer for me. I am a carbaholic!!!!!! But I'm learning!!!!

This book is a great companion to Atkins Diet Revelation book, and a refresher course for those who have been on the Atkins diet before. Its a fast read and to the point for those who want to start the diet right away.
