I am an elementary principal. I love this book both for its simplicity and its message. It is something every school administrator and school teacher needs to read in this time of ever-changing responsibilities and increasing accountability. It reminds us all to 'keep our eye on the ball' of what matters - the simple touches that we all strive for as educators. While this book has implications for the busines world, I find its message to be solid for educators.
