I bought this trilogy when it was on sale for 99 cents.  That was the best 99 cents that I have spent in a long time.  I did like the books very much although at times I wanted to shake Olivia and Alexander.  Olivia for all her drama  and not trusting people and Alexander for not telling her earlier about her past.  I realize that it he had told her sooner the story might have taken on a different direction.  I did enjoy the series though. There were a few surprises.  Didn't see those coming.  I do recommend this series.  All in all....it was a very enjoyable read.

I'm giving this series 5 stars because, overall, it really was great. I only had a few complaints but the well-crafted writing made up for most of them. I loved the 1st book. The 2nd was great too. The 3rd was good. I guess what happened is that I finally got tired of Olivia being stupid and keeping important information from Alexander and I got tired of him keeping secrets from her. So much drama could have been avoided had they simply communicated more honestly from the start. I was annoyed by Olivia's propensity to run when things got difficult. I was disturbed by Alexander's need to be in control and the whole submission thing just didn't work for me. After a while, the sex scenes which I originally thought were pretty hot became predictable. They did the same things, they said the same things, he was always filling her "to the brim." And frankly, I thought there was a bit too muchy talking during the whole thing. Why did he need to tell her what he wanted her to say and make her say it? Why did he need to hear the same things over and over? Why was she turned on by it? Maybe it's just not my thing. I couldn't understand why Olivia left a trail of broken-hearted men. What was it about her? It was never really made clear to me. Is it just because she was such a tragic figure and these men wanted to save her? Other than that, I couldn't see anything that was really so special about her. I understood why Alexander loved her, but why everyone else? Why Cam? I appreciated that the author did NOT describe in detail any of the violent scenes that occurred. It was unnecessary and showed a restraint that I think many authors could stand to learn. I liked the Prologue added at the end. It contributed a "what if" to the story as a whole and made me smile to think how differently things could have been. Overall, I do recommend the series. There was a good amount of suspense, great character development, and realistic descriptions that made me feel like I was there.

I bought the trilogy and I could not stop reading. I read all three books in 1 week. The characters are great and the way the author intertwines all of their lives is breathtaking. I laughed, cried, smiled, cheered, and even got a little frustrated at times. I would recommend this series, and beware it will leave you wanting to read all of her other books!!

I think to endure 3 books of the main character you probably need at least half alcohol she consumes. She is explained as someone who people can't help but loving with her big brown eyes and vunerability. But I could not stand her selfish and how awful she treated anyone who seemed to care about her. I was not rooting for her happy ending at all especially during. Book 2. Glad it was just $.99 or it would have been a 1 star.

I literally could not stop reading this series. When I fisnished book one, I had to keep reading till I had all the answers. The characters are great. But I want to yell at Olivia several times to stop being so selfish, but thankfully Kiera did that. I laughed and cried, but then I smiled and cheered. A must read. signed avid reader

I loved the pull to the story of suspense. The knowledge of Olivia's past that would put her in danger kept me reading and intrigued. Alex was absolutely dreamy and I can't wait to read the spin-off that's coming out later!

I lived this story from beginning to end. I loved the mystery and suspense. Olivia is a little naive at some points and just wanted to smack her! Alexander could be very frustrating too. I just loved how everything came together after all the wondering...who is really who? And who can you really trust? Can't wait for Vanished to be released!
