This book has some very good quotes. Any book on leadership when you say it is the "best" advice - that is subjective. This book is made up of a variety of quotes arranged by subject and from a variety of authors. The quotes are thought provoking and relevant, but this is not a how to book on leadership. If you do presentations it has some great quotes that can be used and quickly accessed since they are arranged by subject. Overall, it is good resource, but not really what I expected when I ordered.
