What i liked about this book is how simple and direct it is. Makes you feel you CAN get back to a job you like and if u are willing to make a few changes  in your ways of looking at tythe problem, you can reduce the problem. Sander, the author, is in the book which i liked and it feels like he's talking to u one on one. Cheered me up to read it - gave it a 5.
