About the Author

Mike Heath is an award-winning playwright and director based in Manchester. His company, Studio Salford WriteForTheStage are based at The Kings Arms in Salford. Heath has written 18 stageplays performed around the NorthWest of England in venues including Studio Salford at The Kings Arms Theatre, The Lowry, The Library Theatre, Oldham Coliseum, Contact Theatre, Liverpool Lantern. His work has been translated and performed in Welsh, performed in Western Australia, and Dorset and extensively around the North West of England.

Mike was shortlisted for the BBC Alfred Bradley Bursary Award for his play, The Big Things - performed in London in 2018.
