After reading the Reader's Digest feature about J.P. Hansen and his book, "The Bliss List," I had to check it out. This is an exceptional book. It is much more than a career book, it's like having a life coach. The prose was outstanding (i.e. readable, unlike so many business books) and the content insightful.
This book provides the most strategic advise for figuring out what you want to do and very specific tactical advice on how to pursue and land a job. Unfortunately, all the sample resumes, etc. do not display on the Nook. So the only way to get the value out of this book is to buy the paper version.
When it comes to being happy in your life, your job has a huge affect on how you are perceived by others as well as how you perceive yourself. If you are at a crossroad where you are unsure about where you should be in your career, this book will help guide you in a direction while helping you see yourself from the outside (in). Great read for securing they way I feel in my own job and knowing that bliss is living the dream at work...and beyond.
