This book is very comprehensive, with good recipes and break down for all sizes of bread machines.
I lost this book, and looked for another to replace it. I looked at many, many bread machine cookbooks, even bought a more expensive one, but I was happy to find this one again. It has the best recipes for carrot bread, for the different kind of rye breads (New York rye, in particular is superb), and honey oat bread. The amaranth bread is good, the fruit breads are great. The ethnic breads are good. There is no excess verbiage in this book. I've tried out probably 50 of the recipes and they all live up to the descriptions she gives. I cannot recommend this book highly enough. I plan to get her other books also.
