Pages with columns are unreadable due to poor electronic conversion of text. This is really inexcusable.
I've found this book extremely helpful, especially considering the moderate approach required to change up my obscenely carb heavy diet. The recipes and practical game plan allowed me to quickly alter my habits in early 2016- this is definitely a plan that is much more attainable than the other diets I have tried in years past. It's also been easy to view both on my nook app for iPhone/iPad. Thanks!
