About the Author

Andrew Taylor is a fourth generation Charlottean who began photographing Charlotte Landmarks in late 2000 as a way to document and preserve the rapidly changing landscape of his home town. With the help of his father, Bob Taylor, a journalist and travel writer, the two created this book to keep these landmarks alive as artwork for generations to come.
